Possibly but it only takes about 30 mins to take off and switch back to stock! Haha

Intake and tuner, yes
Catback exhaust, no as long as it doesn't throw codes (per ford warranty rep at my local Ford dealer)
There should be a memory function on the tuner to save the factory ecm/pcm program.
So you just re install the factory program to the ecm/pcm and nobody should be the wiser.
