Default 06 5.4 slow acceleration mystery help???

2006 lincoln mark LT 71,000 miles 4x4. Was towing a 2 sled snowmobile trailer and the truck felt sluggish, it was takeing about 15-20 sec. To get to 60mph. And that was with the gas pedle to the floor. Check engine light came on and the code was reading master computer error. I cleared the light and the truck without trailer still sluggish no power or speed.what is wrong with this truck. Help

Sounds like an electrical issue in the PCM. I'd go to the dealer and they can check all the electrical connections in there and see what is needed.

You probably shouldn't have cleared the code because the dealer will want to see it. If it comes back up leave it.
