so ive had my edge evolution 15051 for about 2yrs now and i just decided to hook it up to my computer to update it/ convert it to a gryphon. ive installed, deleted, and reinstalled both fusion and pegasus software many times now and it wont recognized my edge.

any solution or different software that i need for this?

 

Same problem here, wanna even worse story go plug it into your truck, bet it don't work.

 

Hope your truck was in Stock mode...

 

Mine was lol have to send my tuner to edge Monday, 100 to fix it.

 

I did restore my truck to stock. And i have already put it back in the truck, and it still works

You may have a software / driver issue on yer 'puter. Try another Windows PC.

BTW - You use Pegasus, not Fusion.

If no joy, simply contact PHP directly and they can sort this out.

Last resort - you *may* need to send yer unit to them (return to STOCK before you do!).

Are you getting any errors when you try to install the software from the PC?

 

I agree with the computer possibly needing drivers updated or even a bad USB cable. Try another computer and if no joy and using the same usb cable, its cheap to just buy a cable at walmart to try it before sending it in. Good luck.

I had to use a different browser (on same computer) to get the updates.
