I've been running an Edge Evolution for about a year without any major problems. I did an update a couple months ago, just because I hadn't updated it for a while.
Now with my larger tires, I tried getting in and adjusting the tire size, and it's sending me an error message saying that my vehicle isn't supported and to contact tech support... I am still running level 2 and the performance hasn't changed, and all my gauges work. It's only when trying to customize the settings that I get the error message.
Now for the fun part, I plugged it into my computer via USB to update again, and it's not turning on! Is there a battery or something in the case that needs replaced? What's going on
