Default Edge evolution....is it worth it???

Hey guys I wanna hear from you all what you think about the edge evolution. I know this has been beat to death but I wanna hear what you all think. I recently bought a bigger travel trailer(3800lbs) and just looking for a little extra umph. Is it worth the money? Have you noticed a difference? Is the juice worth the squeeze??????? I have an 07 scab with the 4.6l if it matters.

I have an Edge Evolution in my '04 and like it. Mainly use it on level 1 (transmission only) unless I'm towing our travel trailer (7300lbs) and then I put it on level 2 for towing. I've towed our TT all around the mountains of NC with no problem and like the added performance I get when towing. When I first got it I was using premium gas and using level 3 and it really woke the truck up but premium gas is just too expensive to do this all the time.

I always run in mode 2 and love it.
mainly for the transmission management than anything else.

forget about mpg..it's not worth it. just for that.

but it is for the trans management IMO!

for me it was worth it. not for mpg, cause you won't really notice a difference there. believe me i tried alot of combinations on my edge. But for the extra power it is worth it for me. Really wakes up these trucks.

Great purchase for me. I run level 2 with some tweaked settings. I average 15-16mpgs with 50/50 highway city driving. It is not going to pay for itself with gas savings but it makes the truck much more enjoyable to drive.

no question, hands down its worth it for all the reasons already mentioned
not sure how big of a difference it is on the 4.6 but with the 5.4 its great

ok, well i went for it........been running a couple days now on level 2 and i must say it does wake the truck up a bit and i like how the trans shifts with this. i must say thus far the juice is worth the squeeze! thanks for the input guys!

Use it on lvl 2 as well, adjust timing, shift points, accomidates CAI addition, and accounts for tire, wheel and gear upgrades. You notice subtle differences. Worth it imo
