Default drop shackles

Has anyone installed 2 inch drop shackles and experienced a constant squeeking of the bed area??? Put mine on and I've looked everywhere to find the "squeak". Only differance I see beyond being two inches longer is the bushing is urathane on the new shackles.

Its the bushings in the shackle. Probably got some dirt or sand in there. Best bet is to soak it in lithium grease or something. Really common on people who offroad. I noticed it when i hit the trails. The grit gets between the metal and rubber and squeals.

Could be a subtle difference in leaf springs. Or slight case of bed twist. If i were you id grind that rib flat right there and see what happens

Theres no way to solve that. Im surprised its that close. It cant be perfect ya know. I can see the twist in my truck just standing away from it. Grind that rib flush and you should be alright.
