Default DRL

I hate that I can't turn my headlights off.. I'm sure there is a write-up somewhere that I'm not seeing. Does anyone have a link to a write-up or point me in the direction of where I can find a how-to? The vehicle in question is in my signature below.

Thanks all

If so, just unplug the resistor right by the drivers side headlight.

I'm confused, why can't you turn them off with the switch?

DRL or daytime running lamps run whenever the truck is on. There is no switch to turn them off.
