Default driving lights or HID kit?????

I have a 2005 with a saleen grille. I have tried about 6 different HID kits and for one reason or another, they seem to fade out, flicker, not turn on all the way etc. I have put a pair of PIAA lights in which in my opinion SUCK. I just don't know what to do from here.

Do i get a quality pair of driving lights for everyday use (suggestions welcomed) or do I invest in a kit such as something a quality company that offers cancellers and relays?

Any help on this would be great, because I am at a stop point

Part of your HID problem can be your battery.

Get a set of Silverstars for your headlights if you don't want to spring for a retrofit.Otherwise, get a 20" LED bar for your front bumper and call it a day

I have a 6K HID set up in my headlights and in my fogs from DDM Tuning. I couldn't be happier with them. I've never had a problem and they have been installed for almost a year now. They seem to have a quality product. In my opinion I'd stay away from the cheap ebay/amazon kits.

i can't use the LED bar for everyday driving though. I want something I can use everytime i put on my headlights. I have tried the Silverstars, but didn't think they were that bright. Do you think they are brighter then the PIAA?

I went from stock bulbs to silverstars. I could tell a difference between the two but I wasn't impressed for what I spent on them. Thats what pushed me into the decision to go with a set of HID's. Lots of deer here in Minnesota, its nice to see everything clear as day when your driving around at night!

I bought a set of cheap hids from eBay for headlights and fogs. They work great and have no problems at all! I am even leveled and don't get flashed.
