Default Driver side cat rattle

What's a good place to get a non expensive cat from. A buddy of mine mom owns a muffler shop and said to just order one and she'd put it on for little to nothing.

They don't have any universal cats in stock? If not, amazon has some 2.25" or 2.5" universals. Make sure the bung for the o2 is on the side of it.

Why would you want universals when you can get the preformed ones that bolt on for a little more money. Saves so much hassle

The exhaust manifold. Obviously you have to clamp it to the existing exhaust from the y Pipe (which is part of the pre bent cat) back.

On second note if a shop is just going to install it for you. A universal is fine. Probably cheaper too

I had a universal put in because it was about 60 bucks cheaper (even with labor) than the pre bent part alone. I was also in the middle of nowhere when my passenger cat decided to crap the bed. Personally, they do the exact same thing. I would go to the cheaper option.
