you dont even need to get at the clips.... once you get the seatbelt holder unbolted from the back, then if you pull of on the seat back hard enough, the clips will pop off. the first side will be rather tough, then the second side pope out easily.

i found that easier than searching for the tabs with a screwdriver.

I'm a pretty big guy, and there's no way I could have pulled mine out. Must depend on how good the clips are clipped in.

Forget paying the dealer or anyone else. Pull the seat-back off and get the code for free. As a bonus you can clean up all the rotting fast food, dead animals, and maybe even collect some loose change as a bonus for your efforts. Be patient with the clips, once you get it you will be surprised how easy it actually was.
