Default Door Code

Ok I bought my truck and it has the door unlock buttons, i dont have the code and i dont wanna pay the dealer 100 bucks for the numbers, anyway does anyone know where i could look this up or somthing?

it is located behind the back seat on the drivers side .. the factory code is on the control box mounted to the cab wall..

By chance did you look through the owners book? Look for a white card with 5 numbers on it. At least the prev owner was nice enough to leave the one for my truck in there.

Did you try Googling or searching the forum? Posted many, many times. It could be on a card in your glove box. It could be on a panel under your dash. It could be behind your back seat. And, for some years, you can get the code by turning your key a certain number of times. Here's one thread.

It was on my '08. But I realized after programming a new code in I forgot to write down the factory code! Hope I don't need it again, but the job will be easier next time now that I know where the brackets are
