Default Doing Away With Two Tone

I was gonna pop into a body shop for an estimate, but it's Sunday. Anyone have a guess what it would cost to have a shop eliminate some rocker panel rust and have the gray lower color match the black body color?

Eliminating rust will be the major cost. Is it surface rust or are there visible holes? Paint and body work will easily be $1000, thats just if there was no rust. Paint is crazy expensive these days. I would say at least 2 grand, may push 3 grand.

Mostly surface rust. The cab corners are pretty rough. I'm about 95% decided on just grinding it down, priming it, and then doing bedliner on it.

My buddy (owns body shop) charges about $500 for cutout and replacement of the cab corners on supercrews..... And quoted me $250 to paint my rockers to match...

So probly around the $750-$1000 mark.

That two tone black/Grey is beautiful.
Can`t you get your rust issues fixed and keep it?
Beautiful truck!

Yeah, it's a good shade of gray. I just want to do something about that rust before subjecting it to an Iowa winter.

Thanks for the guesses, guys. Gonna call around today and try and get an idea as to what it costs. Got a baby on the way, though, so if it's more than a grand then the issue will be decided for me.
