Maybe I'm wrong here but it almost looks like theres a wave in my leaf springs

120xxx and I pull a trailer to the dump occasionally but nothing major. Do you think I need to replace them or are they ok?

I'm no expert either, but have to agree. I'm thinking replace them. maybe one of our more mechanically inclined members will chime in.

Honestly never pulled a trailer weighing more than 3000lbs and that's not tongue weight that's total. But hell I didn't know that was possible either

did you buy the truck new? also it could just take 1 time to cause that, any single time loading way over the weight limit in the bed could do that.

but they need replaced (unless thats stock now....which i seriously doubt.)

That is interesting, also, not just from overloading can be caused by lead-foot-itis. You could have had some serious axle wrap especially if you had some wheel hop, hammering the pedal causes your leaf springs to want to 'S' shape. If your pulling a trailer and doing it its worse. They are worn out for sure and should be replaced, if your driving habits are 'rough' you may want to look into upgrading options.
