oh and i actually have a 37.5 gallon tank
Where'd you get your tank, how much did it cost? Where do you mount it?

Ford only offered a 27 gal tank with a 35 gal option in SuperCabs.

I have thought about upgrading to Ford's 35 gal tank... but if you got a 37.5 tank, I'd like to look into that!!

Default 30 gal tank

On my 2008 F150 Lariat 4x4 the window sticker showed a Standard 30 gal tank.

bought it from Galpin Ford here in SoCal... my FX2 is a XLT / Lariat mix... it was 1 of 2 they got the entire year of 2007. idk if it makes a difference for the gas tank, but it also has the full towing package as well...

That is true. Note I specifically referred to the Scab's. Your truck being a Screw indeed has the 30 gal.

And "07 White FX2".... interesting!! I would love to have as much fuel capacity as possible! I'll have to look into this!

ACTUALLY... just found something. I think perhaps you have a typo or have mis-read some specs? I just referred to this spec info on 2007 F-150's. If you look at page 13, it says that the "35.7 gal" tank is an option. Just guessing it's actually this instead of a "37.5 gal" tank?

Sorry to make this a nit-pick, but I strive for accuracy on this kinda stuff.

I have the computer read out on mine. It starts alarming at the "50 miles remaining" mark. Don't know if the same holds true for your truck, but this is where my gas light comes on.

in looking at your truck pics it looks like you still have the sticker on the lower right side of your windshield if not it should be on window sticker if you still have that
