Default DIY Bumper Kit

Hey guys i'm looking to get an off road steel bumper but i'm looking at the prices and they are ridiculous. Do any of y'all know of a good company that makes a DIY Kit where everything is pre cut but not assembled yet? I want to incorporate a winch so ill have to modify it to that and i'm planning on putting a Prerunner style grill guard on to. Any help would be much appreciated.
Oh yeah this is for a 04-08 Ford F150 4x4

I didn't find any pre cut kits that I liked when I was looking. Plus the prices were crazy for what they wanted. I then decided to just cut and weld my own. Not only am I making a front winch bumper but a rear bumper, spare battery mount and a chase rack.

He's got two recent threads on this forum documenting his build. Very impressive.

Ok i have access to the machines necessary to cut out all the pieces, such as water jet cutter, benders, welders and etc. If anyone knows someone with a blueprint or design layout that would be helpful to.
