Default Disc breaks 2wd

So I need to change my rear disc brakes... And I guess to be blunt how hard is it to do, good brand of brakes, and if any special tools are needed. Shop quoted me 170$ to just change rear with whatever brand brakes they use.

My front brakes are just pads my rear are weird looking and they call them disc brakes. I've always driven older rigs with all normal pads aha!

Pads and disc are the same thing. Do you mean drum brakes? Where the brakes are on the side of the rotors?

They are disc with an internal drum as an emergency brake.

Its basically a disc brake. The hub portion of the rotor just has drum pads in it to stop for emergencies.
