Default Disable 4wd switch?

How do you take off the 4wd switch on an 05 f150?

Well I thought it was the problem but its not, just noticed that relay fuse #111 keeps blowing and 4x4 won't engage.. What should I do?

check your connections at the front axle. Sounds like a shorted wire.

Check the connections to the transfer case and the motor, if the motor is no good it could blow the fuse. If the wiring is shorted you'd get the same result.
