Default Is this a decent deal?

2007, V6 with 215,000 miles. No rust, interior is very nice and clean with no rips or tears. runs and drives great. It almost drives as nice as my 2014. Almost... It's a pretty basic truck with air and cruise. I can get it out the door. Including tax, title and license for $4000.

I think you could find a similar truck with more otions for the same money. That being said, it does look really clean. If you're sure you'll be happy with the lack of options on the truck, it's probably worth it, at least to you. Have you checked asite like CarGurus to see what similar trucks are selling for in your area?

I'd say it's decent. You're not getting a great deal, but you're not getting hosed either.

looks like a fine automobile, personally I like them with less options since there is less to go wrong, however it makes resale more difficult because most people want more options. With that being said, it's difficult to say, with that many miles there is a number of things to go wrong which equals more money on what is supposed to be a "budget" deal. If you have a '14 already why buy this? Whereabouts are you in Wisconsin? seems like I have heard of this dealer before..

The dealer is located in Neenah. I want this for a "winter beater" because I put my Camaro in storage for the winter and my wife drives the 2014 until I get the Camaro out in the spring.

Thanks for your opinions, guys. I wasn't really sure if it was worth that much or not. From what I read on here the 4.2L motor seems like it's pretty reliable. I have looked around multiple sites including craigslist and there just isn't any decent trucks for this amount of money. I'm sick of the rust buckets.

Oh alright, I'm in Manitowoc, not far from Neenah at all, I went to school at Fox Valley Tech actually. Makes sense to get a winter vehicle in WI here, I know i'm kicking myself now for selling my 4x4 Ranger. I would think this would be great for a winter vehicle. It's difficult to find a rust free vehicle for $4000 arond here. I say if it's what you're looking for then go ahead. Thats a hell of a nice Camaro, I had a '97 Z28 in Arctic White, drove it once in the winter and wound up in the ditch.

In my opinion you're not going to beat that, especially being the OTD price. I'd buy it right now.

Sounds like a fair price to me, providing it's in as good of condition as it appears in the pics. But why a 2wd pickup as a winter vehicle?
