why not scrap it for parts and get some money off of your investment

That sucks man. Sorry. IMO I would stick with Ford. My buddy owns a new dodge, 2010 and that things sheet metal is like a pop can. Just saying. Other than that it comfy and all but the new F150's seem more put together.

I agree. Dodges have been known to have tranny problems very early on. Just consider it totaled, and some insurances will even give you another model year newer than what you had.

This is true I know 3 separate guys who had 06 rams and all 3 the trans crapped out.

I got a good deal on a 05 and have been driving it for 4 days and the pop can comparison is correct. I have 3 frinds that work for chrysler and didn't have much to say about transmission issues.
