Hey everyone, new guy here. I've been looking through this forum for a while now and decided to join it. Anyways, I did a search and nothing came up to really help me out. I have an '06 that is Dark Stone Metallic and I'm having a hard time picking out a new grille for the truck. I can't decide on chrome/billet or black. I've had my eye on the Saleen one, but I don't know if the black would match the paint color very well. Can you guys give some ideas/feedback on what you think would look good? I would appreciate it.

 

Go with the saleen. Tunaslayer has one on his that looks real sick, but his truck is blacked out. I just dont like chrome, but i think the black saleen would look good.

 

Thanks for the opinion. I agree on the chrome grille. The truck has enough chrome on it already and I think a chrome grille might be a little too much. I just wanted to make sure the black would match the paint color well enough.

 

I think the Harley or fx2 grille would look awesome. Love that color

Yea the truck color. Don't see it all that often. There is a vendor on here called tasca, you can find a bunch of threads of his in the vendor section. Shoot him a pm and im sure he can get one for you and let you know prices. Even check eBay.

i would get a black grill and black out all the rest of the chrome on my truck just my opinion though

 

I think the blackout look would be cool. I just don't have the time/money to blackout all the chrome. As far as black grilles, would you say the saleen one is probably the best bet?
