Damn it. . . Mudflaps
They're kind of expensive, but the OEM molded muflaps attach with plastic pins into existing holes in your wheel well. Just takes a couple of minutes to put them on or take them off, although taking them off destroys the plastic pins.
Dang, yours dont even stick out all that far. Usually they wont bug you unless they stick out a solid 3-4 inches from the vehicle or more. Mine stick out about as far as yours, but I have the factory Lariat flares and I've never been bothered in the 3-4 years I've had the lift.
As for tint, they can get you every time if they want. I've been lucky so far, roll the fronts down when you see the 5-0 and you should be okay.The fronts is all they care about.
