Default Cylinder #2 running rich?

I have a 2004 F150 w/ 4.6L engine with 50k miles. Lately been realizing loss of power when going up hills. Yesterday the check engine light finally came on when going up a hill after the RPM's went pretty high but didn't seem to give any more power. Took truck to autozone and had them hook it to their computer and it said "Cylinder #2 is running rich". Just wanting some ideas of what could be causing this. I don't wanna just go start buying parts and guessing. My first thought was maybe O2 sensor? Would some other opinions and thoughts of what problem might be.

Thanks,
Randy
