I'm going to be getting a tuner with custom tunes on it soon and was wondering what mods would you have to include when ordering the custom tunes? Also does my truck have and that you can see from these pics? Obviously I know the CAI and a throttle body spacer?

My plan is a diablosport predator u7151 and a k&n cai. It has a canned k&n cai tune. I was getting an edge until I found out its tuned for a stock truck

Chances are the TB spacer and tube with icky filter are the only mods on there.
Recommend ditching them and going back to stock, your truck will appreciate it.

Your engine already runs lean in factory trim. Leaning it out even more isn't doing it any favors. Go back to stock with a programmer and rest easier knowing your engine is getting clean air. Better yet, run a few 1/8 miles with the AIC in place without/with programmer, then do the same with no spacer and stock intake/filter, then compare the numbers...

The custom tunes kinda reprogram the factory computer and tells it that it has for example: a CAI, throttle body spacer, or high flow exhaust so that it uses those to an advantage rather than hurting your truck.

A throttle body spacer does nothing for performance. At best, it relocates the TB so that the tube can clear obstructions better.
A K&N tube has no performance advantage over the stock tube.
A K&N filter does not clean as well as a paper filter. In fact, if you over oil your K&N filter, you run the risk of damaging the mass airflow sensor, which will open a whole new can of performance problems.

Just sayin'...

Hahaha!!

Tell them what you have... TB spacer, K&N CAI, dual exhaust and any other mods like UD pulleys, electric fans ect... They'll know what to do with the info... Better to give them more info than not enough... What tuner you going with? 5 star, MPT, Troyes or PHP?
