custom headliner

i have an 2005 scab and looking to take out the headliner and make a custom camo one or something eles, how do you take it out?

We did my brothers truck but its not our style f150. We just started with the lights and tops of the pillars and all till it came loose. Just take it apart one part at a time and play with it

well mines the xl so theres not the overhead comparment
