You can see I mounted the Bass control **** in the center console box. The...i forget what its called now, (thing that taps into the factory speakers and allows for RCA cables lol) is under the cup holders next to the gear shifter, the amp measure about 12" long, 11" wide and 3" tall and fit nicely but that is the maximum size amp that will fit under there. All i had to do was cut most of the vent off as well as the carpet that went with it. The one pic shows what it looks like with the seat in normal position, the other with it all the way forawd. When in normal position, I can get to all the adjustments thought the side. Went with a P3 10" shallow sub. Sounds nice, cant wait till its broken in has a 24-48 hour break in period but it seems sound better each time i get in my truck. I am a little concerned with the down fire box though, thought i had bought an upfire, would anyone be interested in the box? Its BRAND NEW, i would use some caulk to seal the holes i drilled in it, unless you want to pick up a P3 as well, then, consider it pre-drilled Would sell it for 125 shipped. Come with polly fill. I can get the specs if you are interested in it. Like i said, i like it, but i am kind of thinking about getting an up fire box. I know it has .75 air space. Oh well, just thought i would throw it out, never know. Hope everyone approves

Oh, and yes the back seat does still lock down even with the down firing box like that.

No not right now, everytime i get in the truck it sounds different so i am constantly playing with the gain and frequency. Soon as it is broken in, ill be sure to let you know what I have them set at, I think the last time i did it, the gain was at about the half way mark, and the freq was a little less....any input on how i should probably tune it? i always go by ear to what sounds good to me while playing my favorite songs...

ok, just be careful on gain and bass boost, those shallow mount subs HATE anything bellow 35 hz, they will blow quickly if you like low tuned music
