crank no start problem
“Have you checked to see if inertia switch is tripped, and then tested for power in/out of inertia?”
Did your truck work after getting it back from dealer?
How are you determining no power to the fuel pump?
Just because parts are new doesn't mean they are good, so troubleshooting would help narrow down the issue.
You can use jumper wires to bypass fpdm if there is voltage reaching one side of it.
I'd be for using a multi meter and checking at the fuse and relay in the fuse box and working my way back to the fuel pump looking for voltage.

No on the inline fuel pump . This is a fuel on demand system no return line from a regulator . You need to use a test light and a voltmeter to figure your fail points . Your fuel pump relay is on the cjb fuse panel passenger side kick panel . No telling where you are loosing power to the pump until you do some testing . Just throwing parts at it is not the answer . You may need to drop the tank and see if you have damage to the wires from rodents etc. There is a way to bypass the fpdm module for test . Some guys just go ahead and pull the bed to get to most of it .There are grounds back there that need cleaned on that circuit . Not to mention the connector under the drivers side that gets full of dirt . You may need a buddy to help figure it out if you don't read diagrams very well. Do some testing, post some pics and you will get some pointers. Jury rigging fuel can get very dangerous .

Was problem intermittent prior to complete failure to start? If so, you may have corroded ground wire connections. Others can probably be more specific about there locations but I believe there is one back at the fuel pump area.
How he knows no fuel pressure or power to pump is unknown . This could even be a failed fuel pump I know I could narrow it down if I could get my hands on it. If you have a scanner that reads fuel pressure with key on, that would help .
Putting some fuel into throttle body can help tell . I have run wires down the outside of the vehicle in an emergency to get one of my friends car to get him to work for a week until he got a new ignition switch installed on the weekend . He was really poor and I warned him to disconnect the wire each trip , it all worked out . Been friends for forty years . We had no drawings -just good sense .
In this case I believe the fpdm switches the ground on and off the fuel pump .
at the fpdm I believe from my hand drawing pin 5 should be 12vdc + white wire ,pin 4 pink with black stripe is 12vdc + to pump ,pin 2 brown/white is the pulsed ground to the pump . pin 3 black yellow is the frame ground . I am told a jumper from pin 2 to 3 can get pump running for test .Of course you must make sure pin 3 is a good ground .
I can tell you I had a fit with this plug during replacement , the gasket inside rolled and caused an intermittent connection that kept me breaking down on the side of the road ,until I pulled gasket out and threw it away .
