Do you have a sweet smell in cab? Could be a leaking heater core. Check oil on dipstick, see if oil has a milky appearance. Or white smoke from tailpipe.

Had the same issue last week it was my intake manifold. It was toast and that's where the coolant was leak in too. Check there

How can I tell if my intake is shot? My oil is fine so not head gasket and no leak and no white smoke or water out the exhaust.

When I took it in the mechanic he did a pressure test on the system and it held for hours. So which meant I wasn't losing coolant externally. The only other way I could be leaking it was internally so either through head gaskets or possible the intake manifold gasket. He said he would not be sure until he took it apart to see if it was leaking internally through there. Sure if enough when he pulled it apart the plastic was cracked ( the intake manifold is plastic didn't even know that ha) and that's where it was leaking so I had to get a whole know manifold
