Default Converting Truck to LED

I've already got projector angel eye headlights. They have LED rings around the high beam, low beam, and fog lights. I have LED tails and third brake light. I'm looking to make my map lights and interior cargo lights, reverse lights, and bed lights all LED. What size LED bulb would these be, and about how much will it run me?

EDIT: Also the license plate lights. I don't want to leave anything untouched. I'm even looking to do my puddle lights on my mirrors!

Let me know how that turns out! Ive replaced my reverse ones but not my turning signals. Wanted to get the front one to white LEDs but I hear they won't flash without resistors
