hey ford family, I have a 2006 f150 with the 5.4 and the other day it went into a constant rough idle with no check engine light. I found info about replacing the fpm. replaced the sensor and the idle was not as rough but still there and the check engine light came on this time. any thoughts? thanks for the advice. easy way to reply to this is shoot me a PM

 

CEL came on? What's it say?
Also, how many miles?
May be time for a tune-up; Air filter, fuel filter, Spark plugs, COP's (you can just change boots and springs if you like).
