I have. It's a foam that is stuck to both the console and the rubber cover. No way to get it off bit pretty much tear it to shreads.

Mine did the same thing then it came all the way off. And I have been trying to find out how to remove the plastic plate under the pad. Dealer says replace the entire consol.

That's what the stealer told me also. I tore mine off pulled out the stuffing and filled it with some leftover cotton from a blanket the wife was making and glued it back on with contact cement. Around the edge. Still pealed up again. Poor design IMO.

I just used epoxy to glue mine back down. We'll see how it holds up...there are all kinds of stupid things like that that shouldn't be falling apart on these trucks..They don't make em' the way they used to..

Got the console pad off the console without too much trouble. Got it glued back down but working on replacing it with an aluminum one so I wont have to worry about it coming apart again and I will have something matching my other aluminum parts.

How did you get it off ? Was it hard ? I don't want to break mine ? Give us a pic after you replace it with aluminum .

Man, to get it off you have to break it somewhat. The white piece that that the foam pad is attached to has about nine tabs that have to be broke to remove it from the console. I used a plastic panel removal tool but you could used a screwdriver just becareful not to damage anything because you have to pry pretty hard on the first couple of tabs. It also has four alignment pins on the back that would be useful if a person just wanted to fix their pad and glue it back down. And if I can get the aluminum one looking good I will def take a pic once it is mounted.
