Default Confirm parts for e-fan conversion

I am going to do the e-fan conversion from the newer trucks to mine, like what BlownFord did. I am just trying to confirm that I order everything correctly and am not missing anything.

E-Fan Part# RF252(was told it is the same as AL3Z8C607A, can someone please confirm?)

Painless Dual Fan Wiring Kit Part# 30140

Flex-A-Lite hose adapter Part# 32084

(2) 1/4 to 3/8 adapter (Link: http://aeroquip.cc/2040-4-6sexternal...sae140139.aspx)

Hopefully someone can confirm that I have the correct parts, or correct what I have, and maybe I can do a step by step write up on it when everything comes in.

Do those kits include a relay (that will supply the battery to the fan(s)) as well as a controller?

I do not believe it comes with any relays, it uses amps, apparently it is better because some of the relays are having problems.

This is not a stock 2010 efan... I do not want to go after that. I am trying to keep a stockish look, and get all the benefits from my shroud
