Default Computer controlled seatbelt locks?

Ever since installing a LivewireTS (MPT 93/Performance/Street Custom Tune), my seatbelt has been locking me in place. Sure, the tune added a hefty difference in performance, but the belt locks even with a slight jerk.

Is there a computer controlled sensor that causes this, or is it all in my head and I need to give the throttle a rest?

Vehicle info below:

Yeah, I think it's the linkage between the seat and throttle.... you!

The seatbelt lockup is supposed to operate flawlessly without power, but that makes it stupid so it doesn't care if you're accelerating or braking or even taking a tight turn. It's supposed to be a pendulum that pushes the locking bar in place as it swings. I've heard of a lot of folks having problems with it getting more sensitive as the truck ages, but the only advice I've seen is to take it apart and squirt it with WD-40.

That must be some awesome acceleration! I need to try the performance tune myself and see what happens. Nice dog, BTW.

Instead of editing my post, I'll add that the actual mechanism is NOT SERVICEABLE. Do all the belts lock up, or just the driver's belt?

Thanks for the response. Had a feeling the common link is me. I tend to notice it most when I'm on my way to work, wearing body armor, so I sit up a bit straighter. Maybe that's it. I don't think it's any of the other seats. My wife has never mentioned it being a problem.

The tune did change the truck a lot. I had a CAI and exhaust since she was new and this changed everything. I would love to find the right spot to 0-60 her. And I am absolutely positive that there is more power available.

Thanks again for the response and the compliment on the pup.
