The originals generally last a long long time. I would recommend getting a set of denso or motorcraft boots and springs and overhauling the originals. If you are replacing the coils because ones bad I'd stick with motorcraft or denso.

Clean the terminals on the cops especially the high volt tab . new boots and springs . OEM cops are high quality silicon steel cores . Do you really think a set of 8 at $60 = an oem at $50 each .
Corrosion is a big deal on these. High volts cause that . At 220 k I have seven oems and I threw the other one away before I knew better . The odd ball is a guaranteed
duralast I bought on a trip when I was broke down . I have a bag of cheap knockoffs I will never use , tried them once didn't last .
Your experience may be better but I doubt it .

often times the issue is worn boots and springs and not the coil packs themselves

Are you saying I can replace springs and boots only because they all work but just rough idle

Boots go bad with heat, age, antifreeze ,oil etc . Just a pin hole is enough for it to short out high volts . Start there. After that look at a reader with mode six, it tells raw computer counts building on each cly going towards setting a code . Code threshold is high .
Torque pro 5$ app, android phone and cheap bluetooth reader off amazon makes a very good system . That way you can pinpoint a troublesome cly .

I’d echo the previous suggestions re: getting new boots/springs and cleaning the high volt tab on factory coils.

How old are your spark plugs, fuel filter, FPDM, and when was last time you removed and cleaned TB and MAF?
