Alright i had to sea foam them to get them out let it sit for 2 days got them all out no breaking just making sure that **** didnt clog something up ill check everything when i get off work was just over it last night figured id ask on here. If a coil was dropped it would make that coil bad now and would 1 cylinder misfiring cause it to run like that

You may have flooded the engine a bit and just need to seafoam to work it self out. On the coil, dropping them can make one fail, but it's rare. Think about it, these coils are in the engine bay getting cooked on the daily, so they're built pretty tough. To see if the coil is bad, swap it with a coil from another cylinder and see if the misfire follows it. If it does, you have a bad coil.

Loosen all the coil bolts and start the truck. Put on a glove to prevent any possibility of shock (the risk is very low) and lift each coil one by one. See if the idle changes when you move the coil off the plug. If so, that plug is good, move on to the next. If there is no change in the idle, then there is something up with that cylinder.

10-4 diagnosis is the bane of mechanical work. You'll figure it out. Especially if the truck ran fine before, the only thing that changed were plugs and coils. Should be easy to track.
