So now i know why the codes p0506 and p0301 popped up. I pulled the plugs today and cylinder 1 plug is crapped out. Drivers side bank is clean, but passenger side bank is all carboned up! What is this indicative of?

Carfax on the truck said plugs and coils were changed at 106k miles. The truck now has 142k miles. So thats only 30k+ miles on these plugs. Why is passenger bank plugs so fouled?? Injectors are also look pretty clean.
