Code P0202
Howdy,
I am getting a code P0202 from my 2004 F150 5.4L 3V. I check all the connection hand they appear to be making contact but am still getting the code. An idea what I should check next?
Thanks,

Checking connections is NEVER wrong or a bad thing. But your P0202 is a circuit problem in the INJECTOR on cylinder #2 (second back from front on passenger side). Injectors are sourced with 12 volts, with the control wire going to the PCM, who 'pulls' the control wire to GROUND to energize (open) the injector. If the PCM does not "SEE" the 12 volts present, or sense current when it pulls it to ground --- it equals P020x. With your VOM, make sure you read 12v on Both sides of the injector connector wires. Disconnect battery, and unplug / re-plug PCM connectors after spraying them with good spray electrical contact cleaner.
See if that cures it.

At the least do a resitance check of injector compare to others . And yes check for 12vdc on each side of injector with key on . That proves the coil will pass thru the 12vdc . By all means swap the no 2 and 1 injectors .
Injectors should be replaced in sets of 4 . the computer is not able to make up for different single injectors but it can by the bank . Me I don't use remans . I would use new ones on amazon . If you are over 100k it makes sense to replace them . You can you tube clean them and test but a dripping injector can damage your engine by hydro-lock.
