hi i was wondering if anyone has changed the analog controls to digital or to a lariat style?i have a 2004 f150 and going to install an ipad mini in the factory location so i will be changing up the bezel a bit, any info or pics would be great!

I have the earlier gen, but if its similar to what has to be changed, then its not a simple plug and play, a few things have to be changed around, not sure about specifics though. And as far the tablet, go ahead. Not a bad idea at all, though i wouldnt use any ipad... i just have a real beef with apple products...
