clicking noise from front..
Hi All.
I have a 2005 f150 screw w/4.6. 104k miles. 4x4.
Last week I had a clicking noise I heard from front drives side tire area. I thought maybe rock in tire. Slow clicking at slow speed and fast as I went faster. Under 15 mph. w/window down. Don't seem to hear it at faster speeds. Tires only have 18k on them.
Steering seems fine. Have not taken to shop as if its something I can check out I'd prefer that.
Any advice on best thing to check or change would be appreciated.
Thanks, Bob

when you hear the clicking noise select the shift on the fly ‘SOTF’ 4 wheel drive 4 high.. see if the noise goes away. Report back to us for further troubleshooting.
