Default Clearance lights help!

So I just purchased a cab/clearance light kit from RECON.. everything looks perfect.. except for this.. The sockets that plug into the light bases all are connected to one long green wire.. has anyone purchased this kit and wired it up or anyone have a good idea where I should run this wire to splice into.. is this all I need to power these? I heard to run the wire and splice into the brown wire that runs to the running lights.. is this correct? ANY help is appreciated guys!

The lights must have a grounding plate that grounds the lights to the roof then. That wire is the power wire in that case and can be spliced to your driving lights if you want them to turn on with them. I havent installed cab lights yet, so I'm just thinking off the top of my head.
