Chugging on Startup
I have a 2006 F150 SCrew with the 5.4. It has 96000 km's. Recently I have been experiencing issues during startup, it happens at least once a week.
The truck cranks normally, and seems to start, but when I let go of the key the RPMs drop to the point of not even registering on the tach and the truck literally chugs, shakes, sputters etc. I guess you can say idles, but just barely. The little wrench shows in the dash, and the message window says check guages. It will keep chugging like that until I turn the key off. Then I can restart normally and the truck runs fine with no engine light or message.
Anyone else have any issues like this, or know of what may cause this issue. I appologize if it has been asked already, and I will search the threads more later today. I am at work and shouldn't be posting, but it just happened at lunch and it's really starting to **** me off!
Any info would be awesome.

Well I brought it into the shop today, and they found that I need a new fly wheel, plus a starter, ball joints and they cleaned the throttle body as well. Not sure if that would cause the problem, or if it is another issue altogether. Thank god for extended warranties, I am covered, but its still pain in the rump!
