Default Check charging system

I keep getting this in message center along with a red battery light... Have had battery, alternator, starter, and what all ever else Adanced auto tests when they hook up the charging system tester... Everything is coming up perfect. I'm not having problems associated with dead battery... Lights, stereo, work fine, I can run headlights fog lights and wipers along witth the stereo, while driving down the road at least 2 hours and then stop and turn it off for 20-30 min... Starts right back up ready to do it again...I've checked batt terminals all sorts of connections and grounds... So far they all look fine.
Any help I would appreciate... Oh I even replaced the cluster...

I'm thinking about what's been said in previous posts about the picky trucks and the voltage reg... I've priced a reman motorcraft alt... But I'ma feel some type way if i spend 200$ and that thing tells me to check charging system... Just how picky are these trucks in regards to the electrical??? Would the wrong size batt be an issue even if the amps and voltage are correct? I do know the batt doesn't fit the location but on the test it is well within parameters...

Why not get the fault code and know, rather than just a Screen notice causing you to bomb the truck with parts you don't need. and not get lucky.
Good luck.

That's part of the weird occurrence...Not getting a fault code...
When I first got it it had a code pertaining to the F field... I did several unhook the battery for an hour and batt relearn and a code clear due to another issue and that code hasn't returned... Been over a 1000 miles and it's still sending that message and bqtt light comes on both about 30-60 sec after starting truck... But no fault codes show up active or pending.

Can't fix a problem the way your going about it.
Re-aet etc, don't fix a hard fault.
Good luck.

some feel/recommend only MC alts. personally, i’ve had excellent luck with the cheaper generics. But, i also have a full time digital gauge showing me actual batt voltage at all times (so i can always monitor/see if things were to change/falter.

So you feel alternator is the issue here? I mean I don't know what else to do with it. It was this way when I got t about 2 wks ago... Don't know when it started or what if anything was done to try to remedy it.
