if it is a limited slip rear axle you should change the differential lube in the rear. What happens is that the oil in the rear breaks down and the differential with chatter making turns. change the oil in the rear and add friction modifier. the dealership will have the correct oil and ask them about the friction mod. to put in with it.

I had the same issue 3 years ago but only when towing. Was the limited slip clutches. Changed gear lube to Royal Purple and added a bottle of modifier. Then you do one of two things....
1. Find a dry parking lot with lots of room and do tight figure 8s in reverse.
2. Block both front tires and jack up one back tire at a time and run it in reverse.

Both will take the glaze off the clutches in the limited slip. If you do the jack method don't do it too long as it will heat up the rear end pretty quick.

About once a year I have to do figure 8s to get rid of the chatter. Not sure if you reverse the process if it would be better....

Make sure you add the friction modifier and do not just trust the gear lube containing it already.

You need to get the modifier in (at least one bottle) and deglaze the clutches. I would bet that would solve your issue...or at least help. Of course if you don't have limited slip you probably have a bigger issue.
