Unfortunately, I had to get rid of my Ford F 150 4.6 reg cab and purchase a bigger truck. (Baby on the way) I had a great deal for a 09 Ford F 150 Extended cab XLT in white for 26,000 brand new, but the incentives from Dodge was just to good to be true they gave me 10,000 off sticker. This may look like my first post but I am always on the sight gathering information and just wanted to say Thanks. I know alot of the 4.6 L guys do not have any mods that would make there truck more powerful but just to let you know I put on 7 items on Ebay that would probably work out for either the 4.7 or the 5.4.
