I'm not going to lie, I'm really sick of the dull green glow that my truck uses as interior lights.. After driving my moms Navigator I realized that the nice "cool" white light looks 100x better.....
How easy/hard is it to switch out all the lights to white or another color?

 

Very easy...go with LED's 2 map lights and the dome...see JON_TO here on the forum

 

Do you mean your cab lights or your dash lights? Most people are adding LED's for their map/dome lights. There is a write-up here on the forum to do the dash lights, but the guy said it took him quite a while to do.
