You should really do a write up and take some pictures because there are alot of us out there that have contemplated this but are unsure of all the nuts and bolts!

I'm curious to see how this works out for you. I don't think it looks too hard. I am ordering carpet tonight, and will be swapping it out Sunday if it gets here in time. Where did you get your kit?

There are literally hundreds of places to order the carpet but I decided to get mine from stockinteriors.com.
