I agree with Nitemare, almost the whole door gets covered, but, of course, it's your truck.

With your red truck and charcoal interior, my personal preference would be to look at some of the carbon fiber kits. You could pick which peices you install for a more subtle look (i.e. just the console and the vent panels).

 

i got one of those kits for my mustang, the polished aluminum dash, and they had several kits to choose from with many combinations of peices so you can get one with less wood if you want

I doubt you'd be able to get a colored kit that is close enough to your exterior to match, remember it'll be right by your hood looking through the windshield.

Aluminum pieces could look good, too.
