The snow pic is actually in the target parking lot. And if you are cool with it I will take a pic tomorrow in the day light and post it for you. Here are some of my truck on the beach. You have any pics of your truck.

Sweet it looks really good. I used duplicolor wheel paint and it has held up for 2 years now. But you could use plasti dip to see if you will like it. Keep posted I will send you a pic of my intake mod tomorrow.

Hi.

The difference is, your IAT's will be higher as yer injesting warm air from the engine bay.

The MIT tube at least funnels cooler air from behind the left headlight assembly.

I datalogged all four configurations (stock, Gotts, MIT and no tubing) - there is a large difference - that last one was highest by far. High IAT's cause the PCM to pull timing, which kills power. Now - this is during urban stop&go. Above ~40 mph or so, they start to exhibit similar IAT's - the fender opening being slightly cooler. MIT was right behind that.

BTW - this is the Spectre alternative I mentioned earlier:

That wouldn't function a lot better then stock with that corrugated tube unless it is smooth in the inside.
