Can anyone help
They are a family-owned company (only like 4-5 employees and one software programmer for the Evo), and Corey (the wife) is very sick... she has/had cancer, along with other ailments, so I have given them the benefit of the doubt. 'Like' them on FB, and they give lots of updates as to their email/phone issues and with their wait times and such. Check out their forum too. Lots of good info there.
Oh and they also have a live chat option on the website...worth a shot. My email never was answered a couple months ago but i heard too much good things about their products. Also, since we dont have to send in the Edge anymore, i figured it was worth a shot. I got an email confirmation of my order 2 days after i placed the order with a ETA of the tune. Now i just get to play the waiting game for 2 weeks.
