Default A/C, Heater, No Control Lights

I have a 06 F-150 4x4 with 145k miles....

Yesterday when I turned the A/C on nothing happened, no blower, no lights on panel, no heater, defrost, NOTHING.....

I have never had any issues with the system before and no work has been done on the truck recently, my kids haven't even touched it!

I have checked every fuse remotely associated with the climate control stuff and all are good.... It seems like someone just reached in and unplugged the connector which powers all those functions....

It has me very puzzled, and I am worn out from standing on my head checking fuses

Thanks in advance for any help you can send my way,

Jeff

if nothing at all is working and all fuses have been checked. my next route would be to remove the climate control panel and check back there. maybe something jiggled loose. do you have auto climate or turn dials?

Triton,

Thanks for your response, I think the next step is as you said..... I just really do not want to start taking the truck interior apart, but I think that may be necessary... Yea it kinda feels like something just came disconnected. Definitly an open circuit/circuits....

Turn dials....

I will post the resolution when I find it, thanks again,

Jeff

Triton and all,

I was checking another forum and found a post which suggested disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes and allowing the computer to reset or whatever it does, I tried that and amazingly everything came back to life, I didn't realize it but the heated seats also were out and are back..... I am very happy that the fix was so simple and involved no more money spent...

If anyone has gremlins with their electrics maybe that is a trick worth trying....

Thanks again for your help,

Jeff
