found this line yesterday on driver side. Can anyone help me out. I didn't think about checking to see if it has vacuum or not and now its raining

Thanks. Any way to figure out where it might go. I did see that there was 2 just alike. Va Beach huh i use to be stationed there.

That looks like the iwe actuator vent to me, at least from the tiny picture on my phone.

I 2nd the IWE vent. PS you can check the 4x4 system for operation on payment, just do not go making tight turns and hammering the throttle, and keep it short. as a test you can engage it in a straight line and goose the throttle you should be able to feel the difference in the launch. A little back and forth on the wheel at very slow speed and you should feel the resistance in the steering. Just be easy with it.


It could also be the front diff vent.

My truck has the same thing. 4X4 works. Doesn't seem to have vacuum. No noticeable problems. A mechanic said it could be some kind of test line. Let us know if you find out what it is.
